“We’re getting very encouraging feedback from our Austrian partner. For its reopening, the Graz shop posted excellent figures despite reduced hours. What made the biggest impression were the many positive conversations we had with our customers, who were all thrilled to be able to come to the high street!
For our employees, it was gratifying to be back in touch with their customers.
This truly shows why our high-street shops are important: they are accessible, and give customers an opportunity to enjoy shopping again and receive personal service and advice from our teams, to touch the products…
