Camille LIAGRE: mum of two children attending the Rigolo Comme La Vie crèche

I can tell the company is behind it. As a busy working mum whose life does not always go to plan, they trust me to adjust my working hours if I need to.

“When I found out I was expecting my second child, I immediately registered both of my children for a place at the Rigolo Comme La Vie crèche in Tourcoing.

I think the crèche has an excellent relationship with the parents. The staff take our needs into account and make us feel part of things. We can take part in the good morning/welcome songs and even join the children for snack time, read them a book or play with them when we collect them at the end of the day.

There’s also a great portal we can log onto to find out what’s happening at the crèche and see photos of the day’s highlights. It’s kept bang up to date. I get a little email saying ‘Find out what’s been going on at Germain’s crèche’ and you can even access the information on your smartphone.

If there are any little incidents, both the crèche and the company are very understanding. Once I had a nanny disaster with Brune. I had to bring her to the office with me and the company even offered to call one of the Rigolo Comme la Vie crèches to help me out. I decided to work from home on that day, but it’s good to know you have options.

And it’s not just that I have a good manager – I can tell the company is behind it. As a busy working mum whose life does not always go to plan, they trust me to adjust my working hours if I need to. Because of this, I feel completely relaxed about childcare. When I arrive at work I can devote myself completely to my job and my children because I know they are in safe hands. It’s a real bonus!”
