Committed since its inception to progress in terms of CSR, Oka\u00efdi has set up a recycling chain for its leftover promotional material<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the outset Oka\u00efdi<\/a> has followed a\nCSR policy called HESSERBraC<\/a>.\nNot given to standing still, lately the marketing department has reaffirmed its\nstrong sense of environmental responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until recently, leftover point-of-sale\ndisplays were partly recycled to make customer loyalty cards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An audit carried out a year ago with the\naim of using less store marketing material led to a cut in the number of\npoint-of-sale shop windows from four to two and of language versions from 17 to\nnine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also resulted in the setup of a new\nrecycling chain to process all leftover posters, window backdrops and in-store\npromotional and informational displays. \nThis is where recycling and waste recovery specialist Paprec<\/a> comes in. Every three months Paprec\ncollects all of our white plastic, transparent plastic and cardboard\nadvertising material from our Leers warehouse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
