The result? More than 500 happy children!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Any \u00cfDKIDS community employee who wants to be involved in our charitable work can be. Volunteers regularly welcome these children into their own families. They build a special relationship which is vital to their sense of accomplishment, providing both learning and emotional support. The charity is located in Paris but has a number of satellite offices, including one in Lille supporting more than 200 children and teenagers (aged 2 to 18) in vulnerable situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our employees organized a mask creation workshop following by a group photo shoot with the children.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportdanslaville.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sport dans La Ville<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3683 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Sport-dans-la-ville-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Sport-dans-la-ville-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Sport-dans-la-ville-52x52.jpg 52w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Sport-dans-la-ville-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Sport-dans-la-ville-390x390.jpg 390w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sport dans la Ville builds and runs sports centres in the heart of disadvantaged neighbourhoods. It is helping 6,000 young people aged 5 to 25 to integrate socially and professionally, playing an active role in their progression and personal development. Promoting professional integration through sport, it is the leading organization of its kind in France.\u00a0 One of its objectives is to build stadiums in priority neighbourhoods to help children integrate through sport and learn to live together in disadvantaged suburbs in Lyon, Paris and Lille. It receives regular support from the \u00cfDKIDS community through the \u00cfDKIDS foundation and the brand Oka\u00efdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our employees headed out to Sarcelles for some urban dance lessons followed by a snack and a chat about careers in fashion design. This innovative return-to-work programme helps unemployed women get back into work by teaching them to knit under the guidance of an instructor. This helps to restore their confidence in the future and puts them on the path to vocational training or a job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On one of the volunteer days, ten employees hosted twelve people from the charity.
