From Shanghai in February to Bologna!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topics included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How it all began: the \u00cfDKIDS community is a dynamic family group with a long history in the Hauts-de France region.<\/li>\n<li>What <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/act-for-kids\/des-marques-benefiques-et-militantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We Act For Kids<\/a> is all about: \u201cWorking to make a better world for growing children\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The cultural platform and commitments made by each of <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/marque\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the community&#8217;s brands<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>And preparing everyone for the challenges ahead in the next 20 years!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the presentations a series of group workshops was held in which participants gave their feedback and discussed the key messages and how best to convey them to their teams.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3353 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2-305x172.jpg 305w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2-43x24.jpg 43w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2-142x80.jpg 142w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/stage-italie-v2.jpg 488w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Some thoughts from our Italian colleagues<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Anna, Italy retail coordinator: <\/strong>\u201cA fantastic, energy-filled day! Our We Act For Kids ethos is making an impact through the people and brands in the community. Thank you to the presenters for all the interesting information!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katia, Oka\u00efdi training coordinator<\/strong>:\u00a0\u201cI was looking forward to the orientation day to learn more about our brands\u2019 shared goals and the company&#8217;s vision. After two great days together I am more convinced than ever that we are all working towards the same objectives and share a common goal while remaining true to our roots. Our passion for our work, enthusiasm, sense of belonging and brand commitments are all things that make us feel fulfilled and part of a community!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angela, Oka\u00efdi Perugia store manager:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cThis was more than just a great training day with well-run workshops. After just over a year, I can finally say that I feel like a fully-fledged member of this fantastic family. We really enjoyed the time we spent together talking, sharing and making new friends. It really made us feel part of the community and helped us get to know our colleagues better and understand the other brands. The message I want to hold on to and pass on to the staff in my store is that we are part of an amazing company that&#8217;s strong and real. A company with genuine values that it shares with its customers and leverages to come up with great projects.
