Read all about the Family Zen day organized by Bubble on 15 April 2018!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To coincide with the release of three booklets by the Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh<\/a>, the publisher Pocket Jeunesse reached out to <\/strong>Bubble<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 the \u00cfDKIDS community ideas hub for discerning and enquiring parents \u2013 to organize a “Family Zen” day and invite the community to embrace mindfulness as a family.<\/p>\n

Highlights included<\/strong> a family meditation session with Estelle Guihard, one of Thich Nhat Hanh\u2019s students; a paper cutting workshop to improve concentration with Charlotte Des Ligneris who illustrated the booklets; a special discussion on children’s mindfulness with Estelle Guihard and Fabrice Midal (Pocket Jeunesse); and an organic afternoon tea with lashings of friendly banter!<\/p>\n

The Bubble community came out in force:<\/strong> 120 people took part in the event and went home feeling happy and relaxed. For Bubble this led to some valuable discussions with its readers and an important partnership with Pocket Jeunesse to further inspire enquiring and caring parents.<\/p>\n
