This will create a mobile and dynamic pool of talent for assistant store manager and store manager posts. All the brands in the \u00cfDKIDS community in France and abroad will benefit from it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2855 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3-300x173.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3.jpg 480w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3-305x176.jpg 305w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3-42x24.jpg 42w, https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Photo-ok-3-139x80.jpg 139w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The programme for the 10 students from the 2017\/2018 intake includes<\/strong>: manager-led training on the basics of the role, an in-depth look at the \u00cfDKIDS community (including history, values, progressive approach and commitments), discussion of their expectations and perceptions of the role, self-awareness workshops to help them manage better (including a <a href=\"http:\/\/oserchanger.com\/blogue_2\/2016\/08\/15\/test-vak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VAK test<\/a>), and working in groups on the theme of \u201cReinventing the in-store customer experience\u201d, one of this year&#8217;s areas of strategic focus. All of the staff were welcoming and proud to share their knowledge of the \u00cfDKIDS community values: Respect, Sharing and Progress. It was a success for me personally which led to networking opportunities between <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/marque\/okaidi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oka\u00efdi<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/marque\/oxybul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oxybul<\/a> as my student gradually became part of the \u00cfDKIDS community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a mentor, there is no better reward than seeing someone\u2019s potential and helping them to fulfil it.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Previous intakes in figures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One year after the 2015 intake of 13 apprentice students, 7 were employed on a permanent basis and 2 continued their work placement within our brand community.<\/li>\n<li>Of the 2016 intake, 7 of the 14 students were employed on a permanent basis and 4 continued their studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These figures speak for themselves: offering apprenticeships to students is a great way to identify new talent and recruit future employees. <strong>This type of contract ties in well with the values of the \u00cfDKIDS community and its desire to support young talent!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every year a training and cultural integration day is held for the latest intake of apprentice students studying for their [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":5075,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[202,193],"tags":[225,196,203],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Third intake of apprentice assistant store managers!
