It is built on the quality of our collections and a JACADI experience that is unique anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cWe want to make Jacadi a global brand present in the world\u2019s 20 most important cities.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How did you manage to open all these stores in 8 months?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carmine<\/strong>: We managed it by the field and head office teams coming together and uniting behind our target and the challenge. But most importantly, it was thanks to the involvement and generous, professional support of central services who are 100% onboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vincent:<\/strong> Our retail coordinators set up a committee that meets every 2 weeks and brings together our entire daisy structure (construction, legal, merchandising, supply, IT, marketing). This was an essential base for successfully tracking all these projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carmine: <\/strong>This meant all the stores could guarantee two-figure growth from the opening and new partners could quickly roll-out a second opening!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>With all these openings, how do you guarantee brand image consistency?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vincent:<\/strong> It\u2019s all about the people. We select our partners as carefully as we select our employees. Their values must be completely aligned with those of our group. People before business!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carmine:<\/strong> Our other keys to success:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>preventive and detailed analysis of the project (location, potential, etc.);<\/li><li>team training: no one starts without at least 3 weeks of training;<\/li><li>assistance and support from the Regional Director and central services;<\/li><li>and of course, local support and assistance for each of our partners before and after the opening.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cIt\u2019s all about the people. We select our partners as carefully as we select our employees.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Things are changing too with digital technology.
