Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the International Partners team has had to reinvent itself. Let\u2019s take a look at what has been done to support partners remotely<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally, for an international opening<\/a>, partners are assisted by the Oka\u00efdi<\/a> teams in person. Several return trips are often necessary to train, support and follow-up the store openings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESPITE THE CURRENT HEALTH CONCERNS, FRANCHISES ARE CONTINUING APACE WITH 2 NEW ARRIVALS!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The teams had to reinvent their working methods and redesign how to coordinate openings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

> Libya recently opened 2 stores again: <\/strong><\/strong>in Tripoli and Benghazi. The partner knows the world of children\u2019s wear well and the brand in particular. These openings went very smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

> In Palestine, however, we have a brand new partner getting ready to open their first Oka\u00efdi in Ramallah. <\/strong>The first shop-in-shop store is very well located and will open early April in the LACASA MALL<\/a>, the largest shopping centre in the country!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasna, Director Oka\u00efdi South Zone says:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHistorically, we have never opened with a partner remotely without seeing them physically…never! And it\u2019s a new partner, who has retail experience but did not know the brand universe at all!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
