Christophe Doise, Campaign Manager, explains this progress in customer view that is part of our digital acceleration.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><strong>What is RCS?<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A promising technology from Google in collaboration with mobile phone operators. A sort of <strong>text 2.0 <\/strong>that dusts off its ancestor and its 160 characters limit by enriching it through <strong>digital media <\/strong>(images, gifs, videos), <strong>action buttons <\/strong>and even a <strong>certified account<\/strong>&#8230;a little like instant messaging systems such as WhatsApp or Messenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than words, making room for images:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>On the left, a regular text message for our customers who are not yet eligible*<\/li><li>On the right, the RCS for the sales launch\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/corporate.idkids.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/mockups_okaidi2-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12423\" width=\"429\" height=\"424\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations on this innovative cross-channel collaboration between the \u201cCRM &#8211; Customer Performance\u201d and \u201cOka\u00efdi Marketing\u201d teams which was set up in only 3 weeks&#8230; And which in particular promotes our \u201cClick and Collect\u201d pedestrian service!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A great way for Oka\u00efdi to set itself apart from all the other text messages people receive during the sales!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><em>*NB: this innovative technology is, for the moment, only available on latest generation Android phones or by installing <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/messages.google.com\/\"><em>Google Messages<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em> <em>Compatibility with iOS (through iMessage) is scheduled for the second half of 2020.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the launch of the 2020 summer sales, Oka\u00efdi is one of the first few companies to discuss a new mobile channel: RCS.
