On 1st July 2020, private sales began in France in all <\/strong>Oka\u00efdi<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>Oxybul<\/strong><\/a> and \u00cfDKIDS stores. A new key role was implemented for this launch in each store team: the WELCOMER. Explanation.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe WELCOMER fulfils 3 key missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • An initial contact with our customers to guarantee their safety <\/strong>and that of our employees through the correct application of health measures<\/strong>: wearing a mask, cleaning hands with the hand sanitiser and complying with the customer capacity rules defined by the size of each store (1 customer per 10 square metres).<\/li>
  • He or she can also warmly welcome our customers as soon as they enter the store with the #magikwelcome<\/strong> and present the current pitch<\/strong>. The customised welcome then continues in the store with a sales assistant that takes over: “Hi, my name is… How are you?\u201d<\/li>
  • Last key point: the person helps direct or serve any customer coming to pick up an online order<\/strong> without them having to queue at the till.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3 missions that ensure customer satisfaction. It is therefore essential that the WELCOMER is in position at the store entrance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    L\u00e9ane, WELCOMER at the Oka\u00efdi store in Annecy Epagny tells her story:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cBeing a Welcomer means first and foremost making sure that the safety rules are applied to all our customers, for them…and us! It\u2019s also about welcoming them and presenting our sales offers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cI think that with the #magikwelcome, the customer feels reassured, privileged and that makes them want to come back and see us again.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Mrs Collu, a customer on holiday with her family in Annecy, agrees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cI’m reassured to see someone at the store entrance to make sure the health and safety guidelines are respected.
    Coming from Brittany, we were very surprised when we arrived in Annecy that social distancing was not complied with and few people were wearing masks. Thank you for your warm welcome!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
