In their own words: Okaïdi the People’s Brand 2018 in the children’s fashion category

This award is the fruit of our collective labours. Special thanks go to our store network and partners who work so hard every day.

  • Maryse, Paris and eastern France regional coordinator

“This award is the best one of all as it comes from our customers! All the work we do is for them. This acknowledgement means that all our hard work has paid off. We have become more diversified while staying true to what we’ve been for the past 20 years: a brand that actively supports children. It makes us prouder than ever to belong to ÏDKIDS, a community of brands that is constantly evolving, innovating, modernizing and listening to those around it as it strives to combine consistency with the ability to keep on surprising!

This award is a strong motivation to continue to pursue a relationship of trust, respect and mutual cooperation with as many children and parents as possible to strengthen what Okaïdi means in their daily lives. We want to give our all and more to continue to enhance the Okaïdi brand and make everyone’s eyes light up!

We also feel humbled by this award and are determined that our future projects will live up to the confidence placed in us. I’d also like to thank all our employees and everyone who has contributed to us receiving this collective award. Let’s continue to strengthen our role as ambassadors of the Okaïdi brand and reinforce our commitment to progress, which is vital to our partnership with each of our customers.”

  • Alan, Okaïdi Montélimar franchisee

“I’ve been an Okaïdi franchisee for 20 years and it’s been a great experience for me and my staff. This award recognizes our quality product and the commitment shown by the whole community to helping children. We are proud and happy! Receiving an award is always gratifying, but then what? We’re going to keep moving forward. You just need to look at sports to see that it takes time to make a great champion. This recognition means we have a lot to live up to in the future!”

  • Antoinette, Okaïdi Malta brand manager, outlines her vision for the brand abroad

“As brand manager I make sure that the stores I am responsible for maintain and improve the customer experience every day. Customer loyalty is paramount!

This award makes me proud in many ways. It shows that our customers are happy with our products, the quality of our service and the commitment we make to vulnerable children through the ÏDKIDS foundation.

I’ve only been working for Okaïdi for two years, and during this time I’ve seen a lot of changes. Okaïdi is becoming more and more international and continues to improve its products from a style, comfort and value-for-money perspective.

In the future I think Okaïdi will be one of the best children’s brands in the world. This belief is what motivates me and drives me forward. It would be the best prize of all!”
